First States start blocking Trump’s candidacy!

A number of states are refusing to count Trump’s votes in the upcoming election due to his alleged involvement in the Capitol riots and his efforts to rig the 2020 presidential election.

Following in the footsteps of Colorado, Maine has removed Donald Trump from its presidential ballot, citing his involvement in the events of January 6th as the reason he cannot run.

They argued that because Trump “engaged in insurrection or rebellion,” he should be barred from running for office in the future. Trump’s chances of winning the next election would be severely harmed in Maine, where the majority of voters favor him.

“I’m mindful that no secretary of state has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on section three of the 14th Amendment,” said Maine’s Secretary of State. “But I’m also mindful that no presidential candidate has, ever before, engaged in insurrection.”

As a result, states such as California, Michigan, and Minnesota have decided to retain Trump on their ballots. The Supreme Court will finally decide whether or not Trump may run for president in the next election.

Former prosecutor Joe Moreno spoke on the Secretary of State’s decision to remove Trump’s name from the ballot. “It is really arrogant of her to declare on her own that someone has revolted. According to Moreno, the worst outcome here will be a political storm.

Florida’s governor appears to assume that the courts will not sustain this legally. “I don’t think the US Supreme Court will uphold this legally in the end.” On the other hand, he said, “I do believe that this will continue throughout election year, with various aspects of these legal cases taking center stage.”

Many are merely waiting for the Supreme Court to rule on whether Trump violated the 14th Amendment and whether there are any legal grounds to remove him from the ballot.
