Former US President Donald Trump’s Democratic opponent during the 2016 Presidential election was spotted dining at an expensive establishment in Manhattan, reports revealed.
According to Patriot Wise, Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was an honorary guest at the luxurious, private Lotos Club, blocks away from where former President Trump was charged with 34 felony indictments.
Clinton was spotted by the media just days after Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to charges that he claims to be politically motivated.
The news comes amid controversies revolving around Trump’s indictment which have divided the Americans, with the former President’s supporters, arguing that he was being politically targeted.
In the report, Patriot Wise revealed that “Donald Trump is the first US President ever to face criminal charges. The case centers around payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels, who alleged she had an affair with the former President.”
The report also added that Trump “denied any infidelity and said he had broken no laws. He furthermore insists that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg – a Democrat – is using the legal system to punish political opponents and prevent him from re-entering the White House in 2024.”
The controversy arose after the DA charged him with falsifying business records.
According to the indictment, Trump “repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election.”
Following Trump’s court appearance, the former President claimed that he never thought anything like this could happen in America.
“Our justice system has become lawless. They’re using it now, in addition to everything else, to win elections,” he lamented.
Last weekend Trump went on social media and sarcastically wished a happy Easter to the “radical left Democrats, socialists, Marxists, and communists who are killing our nation.”
“He also warned that the world was on the precipice of World War III and this was attributable to the incompetence of the Biden administration which he described as the worst in American history,” the report added.
“The former President received a warm welcome when he took a break from his legal battles to attend an Ultimate Fighting Champion martial arts contest in Miami on April 8th. The crowd erupted with cheers as he took his front-row seat with Mike Tyson and Dana White,” it continued.
