In the long-awaited video footage, Pelosi was seen throwing slurred speech in what the police previously described as “objective” signs of intoxication.

The video also showed him being asked by the police to perform field sobriety tests.

In the report released by Fox News Digital “Pelosi’s 2021 Porsche and the other driver’s 2014 Jeep sustained major collision damage in a crash around 10:17 p.m. on May 28, and responding officers found Pelosi in the driver’s seat in his damaged car near the intersection of California Route 29 and Oakville Cross Road.”

In addition, Pelosi’s voice can also be heard talking to the officer, telling him that he had a “glass of champagne before dinner” and also “a glass of white.”

Reports revealed that Pelosi said to the officers that he started drinking around 7 p.m. and finished around 8. The local CHP office and the county jail investigators finally determined that he had a blood-alcohol content of .082%.

More photos of Pelosi  also show bruises on his hands and forearms following the crash and damage to both vehicles.

“Pelosi spoke to officers with slurred speech and handed them his driver’s license and an “11-99 Foundation” card when they asked for his ID, according to court documents. The 11-99 Foundation is a California Highway Patrol charity that supports officers and provides scholarships for their children,” Fox News claimed in a report.

Moreover, according to the prosecutors, the CalFire medics and Napa deputies initially responded to the scene but California Highway Patrol handled the case.

A statement from the other driver, telling the police that he was headed northbound when he “saw a glimmer of light go across” just before the crash, was also released.

Last Tuesday, Paul Pelosi pleaded guilty to a DUI and is facing a sentence, including three years on probation, restitution to the victim and a three-month DUI program.

The prosecutor also revealed that Pelosi must have a certified ignition device installed on his vehicle for a year.
