Former President Donald Trump ripped President Joe Biden during a political rally in Iowa on Friday.
Speaking in front of his supporters, Trump pulled no punches and directed strong criticism towards Biden, eliciting cheers from the massive crowd.

“Our country is going to hell and we’re going to take our country back. What’s happening to our country is horrible. I don’t think we’ve ever been in a situation like this,” the former president said of the current state of the country under the Biden administration.
Trump also took a moment to blast fellow Republican presidential opponent and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, whom he claimed approached him for an endorsement.
“I said, Ron, let me tell you, if George Washington came back from the dead and he had the support of Abraham Lincoln, you can’t get elected,” the ex-president said, adding that DeSantis believed that he could win the nomination with Trump’s endorsement.
He went on to highlight the potential global conflicts brewing and the advancements in weaponry that could escalate into a potential war, emphasizing the weight of these developments.
“We have potential world wars. We have weaponry, the likes of which nobody’s ever seen before. If I were you, you wouldn’t want to see it. You wouldn’t want to think about it,” Trump said. “And we have a man in the White House that has no clue what the hell is happening.”
This comes after Trump recently attended the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Road to the Majority Police Conference last week, where he rallied his evangelical supporters and called the U.S. a “beloved nation” that is “teetering on the edge of tyranny.”
“For seven years, you and I have been fighting side-by-side to rescue our country from evil and from the sinister forces who hate it,” he told the crowd at the time. “I believe they hate it, and I believe they actually want to destroy it.”
“Together, we’re warriors in a righteous crusade to stop the arsonists, the atheists, globalists and the Marxists — and that’s what they are — and we will restore our Republic as one nation under God with liberty and justice for all” he added.
