House Minority Whip Katherine Clark of Massachusetts’s child was arrested for attacking a police officer during a violent Antifa protest in Boston.
Just recently, Clark announced on Twitter that her “daughter” was arrested during the Antifa riot in Boston last Saturday.
In the tweet, Clark said that “Last night, my daughter was arrested in Boston, Massachusetts. I love Riley, and this is a very difficult time in the cycle of joy and pain in parenting. This will be evaluated by the legal system, and I am confident in that process.”
Her post became controversial with Andy Ngô, the editor at large of The Post Millennial slamming her and said, “You should rethink what radical ideologies you’ve nurtured around your children that allowed at least one to become an alleged violent extremist. Judging by your past tweets, you’ve embraced trans radicalism.”
In an official statement released by the police, it was revealed that the officers responded to a riot that took place at the Parkman Bandstand Monument.
During the protest, the authorities identified one individual as 23-year old Jared Dowell, after he had spray painted controversial statements such as “NO COP CITY” and “ACAB,” which reportedly stands for “all cops are bastards.”

“During the arrest of Jared Dowell, a group of about 20 protesters began to surround officers while screaming profanities though megaphones on the public street causing traffic to come to a standstill. While interfering with the arrest of Jared Dowell, an officer was hit in the face and could be seen bleeding from the nose and mouth,” the authorities said in a statement.
“Jared Dowell was placed under arrest and charged with; Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Destruction or Injury of Personal Property and Damage of Property by Graffiti/Tagging. Dowell is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court,” the statement added.
Amid the controversy, NRCC National Press Secretary Will Reinert released a statement, pointing out that “Clark stopped short of condemning the violence.”
“We already knew Democrats were the party of ‘defund the police.’ Still, it’s shocking to see in black and white a Democratic Party so extreme, its leaders are incapable of saying violence against cops is wrong,” Reinart said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Clark sparked backlash among netizens on social media, criticizing her for her parenting.
“Someone tell her that parenting is a verb. A verb is an action word, for those who don’t know sheesh,” one netizen said.
“Problem detected. Parenting, or more precisely, lack thereof,” another added.
“That’s why parenting is so tough, according to her,” read one user’s tweet.
