President Biden was slammed by critics after he wandered from the podium, without wearing a mask, following his speech regarding the White House’s “Cancer Moonshot” initiative.
Biden, the officials and the press gathered on Wednesday as he announced the plans to relaunch the White House’s “Cancer Moonshot” initiative.
Following the speech, President Joe Biden left the podium without wearing a mask and seemed to lose his way. He first wandered in the wrong direction, then turned back to shake hands with several officials.
Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) was also seen approaching the president and seemed to remind him to put his mask on, which he followed immediately. He was then led off the stage with a little help from first lady Jill Biden.
Moreover, following the incident, Twitter folks slammed the president.
Some called him a “creep” while others dragged him for forgetting to put his mask on and even called him “Joe Brandon”.
