People are mad at Kamala Harris for going to an abortion clinic?!

A Planned Parenthood in Minnesota was where Kamala Harris was seen, and people who support life are taking her apart for it.

Kamala Harris is on a tour called “Fight for Reproductive Freedoms” to support the Biden administration’s views on reproductive rights and abortion. This was the sixth stop on the tour. Harris went to Planned Parenthood and talked about how the Republican party doesn’t support women’s rights and how women aren’t given these rights.

Harris said what she thought about the choice to ban abortion and make it harder for women to get one. “In states around our country, extremists have proposed and passed laws that have denied women access to reproductive health care, and the stories abound,” she added.

Harris said, “It is only right and fair that people have access to the health care they need and that they have access to health care in an environment where they are treated with dignity and respect.”

People who support life quickly said bad things about Harris for going to the clinic. Kristan Hawkins went to X to share several tweets in reaction to the Vice President’s visit to the clinic. In them, she wrote, “This is a historic ‘first,’ in the worst way possible.” Today, VP Kamala Harris is touring a Planned Parenthood in Minnesota, but only she and her staff. I think they will show her everything but a real abortion.

“Kamala Harris supports abortions up to birth,” the National Right to Life Party wrote on X. For any reason, even if the moms and kids are healthy. This is just how they are, so it’s not a surprise that she’s going and celebrating an abortion center that isn’t licensed.

A lot of people brought up the fact that the abortion center VP Harris went to lets women have abortions up to 24 weeks, which is 6 months. Some even shared news stories about the tiniest baby born before it was due to live, who was only 21 weeks old.

Even though there has been a backlash, Harris has stuck to her decisions to support abortion and speak out for people who are “silently suffering.”
