A pastor in Texas called out pro-abortionists for vandalizing his church amid ongoing protests over the possible overturn of the controversial “Roe v. Wade” case.

“Pro-Choice Is Pro-Life,” read the spray-painted message discovered on the main entrance and a side door of Houston’s Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Monday morning.

“It’s very unfortunate that people would desecrate the church like this, take their frustration out on the church,” Father Peter Damian Harris told reporters.

Due to the vandalism, the church changed its operating hours. Now it will open 30 minutes before confession and mass and close immediately after.

“It’s very unfortunate, but I’d rather take the necessary precautions than run the risk of someone coming to desecrate our sacred space,” Harris added.

He also said that he believes the vandalism at Holy Rosary is connected to vandalism at two Catholic churches in nearby Katy: St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

“Most definitely it’s a result of the leak that came out last week, the Supreme Court,” Harris exclaimed.

Finally, the priest had a defiant message for the guilty party responsible for spray-painting graffiti on his church’s doors.

“I’d rather you come inside and pray and have a conversation and not try to desecrate our sacred space,” he said. “This won’t stop us. It propels us to continue to be witnesses for Christ in the world.”

This comes after a draft of a Supreme Court decision was leaked last week, indicating that it would overturn “Roe v. Wade,” the controversial case that led to the proliferation of legalized abortion throughout the U.S.

Pro-abortion group “Ruth Sent Us” gathered outside the homes of the justices following the leak of a Supreme Court draft opinion of the former case.

“Our 6-3 extremist Supreme Court routinely issues rulings that hurt women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights,” the group’s website read. “We must rise up to force accountability using a diversity of tactics.”

Instead of putting a stop to these violent activities, however, Vice President Kamala Harris sided with the anarchists and directed the blame toward Republicans for “weaponizing” the issue.

“What is clear is that opponents of Roe want to punish women and take away their rights to make decisions about their own bodies,” she said in a statement. “Republican legislators in states across the country are weaponizing the use of the law against women.”
