Kanye West and presumed wife Bianca Censori have been banned for life by a Venetian boat company after a recent indecent exposure, according to reports.
Venezia Turismo Motoscafi, who rented the boat to the couple, said on Sunday that West and Censori will “no longer be welcome” aboard any of their vessels.
“The driver had to keep a lookout for traffic and did not see these obscenities,” the company said. “If this had happened, he would have immediately disembarked and reported the transgressors to those in authority.”
This comes after the Grammy-winning rapper was spotted naked underneath on board while employees were “completely unaware” of it happening.
Motoscafi also condemned “a third person on board the taxi” who was accompanying the pair and “obstructed the captain’s view” to the back of the boat.
“We completely dissociate ourselves from such acts and behavior,” the Italian rental company added. “Mr. West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome on board our company’s boats.”
The incident marks West’s return to the press after being silent for nearly a year. Last year, the legendary hip-hop artist received backlash after wearing a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt.
West donned a T-shirt featuring the words “White Lives Matter” during his Yeezy Season 9 collection presentation in Paris, France, on Oct. 3.
“It’s using a gut instinct, a connection with God,” he explained to then-Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson. “The answer to why I wrote ‘White Lives Matter’ on a shirt is because they do. It’s the obvious thing.”
The musician shared images of him and conservative commentator Candace Owens wearing matching T-shirts, which featured the late Pope John Paul II on the front and the words “White Lives Matter” on the back.
The T-shirts garnered negative responses on social media, with Temple University professor and BET host Marc Lamont Hill calling West’s decision to wear the T-shirt “disgusting, dangerous, and irresponsible.”
The phrase “white lives matter” originated in 2015 as a response to the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, which protested the death of George Floyd in 2020. The BLM protests often turned violent, with mobs vandalizing property and police vehicles.
