Illegal Alien Accused of Setting House on Fire

An illegal immigrant was arrested and charged this week for allegedly attempting to burn six people alive in Alabama. 

According to the reports, the accused attempted to murder six people by trapping and burning them alive inside a house that was on fire in Robertsdale, Alabama.

The accused was identified as 38 year old Marlon Pineda-Enamorado.

According to the court documents, the 38-year-old illegal alien was arrested and charged with first-degree arson in Baldwin County.

In an official statement released by Robertsdale Police Lt. Paul Overstreet, he revealed that Pineda-Enamorado  “used an accelerant, gasoline, to light several mattresses on fire inside his room and causing the entire home to be filled with smoke” while six others were inside.

The police also claimed that Pineda-Enamorado allegedly “used a bungee cord to tie up the residence’s front door to prevent the six people trapped inside from getting out of the burning house. Despite the alleged attempt to burn the six people alive, they were all able to escape after firefighters arrived on the scene,” Breitbart exclusive news report revealed. 

Moreover, the police department also claimed that upon the arrival of the police at the scene of the burning house, they discovered Pineda-Enamorado outside the residence holding a gas can. 

Fortunately, all victims were saved from the horrifying incident and one of the of the six was identified as a 73-year-old man who was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for smoke inhalation.

At the time of writing, the accused remains in Baldwin County Jail with an immigration detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to the reports, the prosecutors are expected to bring attempted murder charges against Pineda-Enamorado.

The incident comes as President Joe Biden spent only three hours in his first visit in El Paso, Texas on Sunday afternoon amid a worsened border crisis. 

The President made his first trip to the beleaguered Mexican border. 

Biden’s visit at the border was one of the areas he visited this month amid reports that he is “all in” on a reelection run in 2024 and is expected to announce his intentions in a couple of weeks.
