A Ukrainian helicopter crashed into a Kindergarten, leaving at least 14 people dead.
On Wednesday, a helicopter that carried a leadership team of Ukraine’s interior ministry crashed into a kindergarten and near a residential block in the Kyiv region, killing at least 14 people and injuring 25 people.
The authorities revealed that all nine people on board were also killed.
In an official statement released by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday, he revealed that the crash that took place in the city of Brovary, also injured 11 children.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES), fourteen bodies were found in the area which include the body of one child, bodies of six ministry officials and three crew members.
Moreover, Ukrainian National Police also confirmed that Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky, First Deputy Minister Yevheniy Yenin and State Secretary Yuriy Lubkovychis were among the dead passengers.

At the time of writing, the official cause of the crash has yet to be discovered. However, Ukrainian officials made no claims, suggesting a Russian involvement.
In a statement released by Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian government during an exclusive interview with CNN on Wednesday, he claimed that “Ukraine lost the whole generation of young politicians…it’s a huge grief for everyone.”
Gerashchenko also said, “I think this bloody lesson will be a clear example for us that such high politicians and ministers cannot travel altogether. But this tragedy brought the death of children which is amazingly horrible — and obviously everyone who died — every life of every Ukrainian is priceless” when he was asked why the entire leadership of the interior ministry was traveling together.
Moreover, Ukraine’s President Zelensky called the deaths “a truly great loss for the state.” He also added that “hundreds of people were involved in extinguishing the fire, searching and rescuing the injured, and carrying out the initial investigative actions.”
Amid the controversy, the Ukrainian Security Services conducted an investigation into the crash, declaring that “several versions of the tragedy are being considered.”
“Violation of flight rule, technical malfunction of the helicopter (and) deliberate actions to destroy the helicopter,” the department added.
