Survival expert Robert Richardson, who runs the Off Grid Survival website, recently raised concerns about a problem that is affecting survivalists online.
According to Richardson, the mainstream media is using artificial intelligence (AI) to suppress and control independent survival sites.
Richardson believes that for the past decade, there has been a trend of suppressing alternative media. He thinks that AI-generated content is being used as propaganda and is being absorbed by the mainstream media.
“Isn’t is odd that a deepstate Obama administration adviser now runs the top google searched prepper site on the internet — all feed with stolen content from sites like mine? It’s almost as if they are all in this together and this is the plan we warned you about years ago when we told you they were suppressing search results, shadow banning real people, and replacing us with CONTROLLED OPPOSITION and AI BOTS pretending to be real people.” Richardson said.
In a blog post on July 15, Richardson revealed that a big media company offered him a lot of money to buy his site but wanted to pretend it was still independent. He refused the offer with some colorful language.
“Our troubles began when a mainstream media giant attempted to acquire our company, they offered us big money to take over the site and pretend it was still an independent outlet – we told them in more colorful language to “fuck off,” he wrote.
He also shared that while talking to TV networks about a show, they wanted him to create a fake persona and pretend to live in a cabin in the woods, even though none of the footage would be real. Again, he wasn’t happy with this idea.
“We were told that we would have to fake who we were with a fake backstory for the public, pretend to live in a cabin deep in the wilderness (none of it would actually be shot there is was just to build our fake persona) and basically compromise ourselves forever by living this fake life!” Richardson said.
In addition, Richardson also claimed that his content was throttled, and social media sites shadow-banned him, meaning his content wasn’t easily visible to his audience. He also said that Google attacked his revenue, and he doesn’t show up in search results anymore.
Richardson thinks that the government and media are controlling everything, and he wants his followers to be aware of which big companies own what websites so they can make informed decisions and not be influenced by brainwashing.
“They want complete control over your actions, speech, and thoughts. And what’s coming is worse than the movies they made to condition you into excepting it,” he warned.
