A Democrat was slammed and mocked by firearm owners after posting a political campaign advertisement, showing him visiting a gun range.
On Saturday, US Senate Candidate Democrat Tim Ryan posted a video of his filmed visit to a gun range which sparked mockery among firearm owners.
The 15-second advertisement has received over 500,000 viewers. In the political ad, Ryan can be seen firing at targets at a close range. In another camera angle, captured, a shell as it falls to the ground.
The video concludes with the Democrat saying, “Not bad for a Democrat.”
I’m sorry but this is awful form. This is how a person who has never shot a gun before stands. He’s leaning away so hard I’m surprised he didn’t strain his back. https://t.co/lBSmFZjDBc

After Ryan posted the video, Ohio Republican challenger for Senate J.D. Vance took aim at the Democrat, criticizing his form.
“I’m sorry but this is awful form. This is how a person who has never shot a gun before stands. He’s leaning away so hard I’m surprised he didn’t strain his back,” Vance lamented.
Not only that, the National Rifle Association (NRA) also blasted the democrat with their own analysis of Ryan’s shooting stance.
“Symptoms: Awful grip, stance, & grouping. Diagnosis: Likely never shot a gun before. Treatment: NRA Firearm Training. NRA’s 125,000 instructors train over 1 million people every year,” NRA tweeted.
Twitter influencer, Kambree also mocked the Democrat, saying “OMG! You don’t even know how to stand correctly. Maybe a Republican can teach you about gun control. Lord help.”
“Doesn’t change the fact that you still co-sponsored, voted for, and advocate for massive amounts of gun control, multiple instances of which would directly put me(one of your constituents BTW) at risk of LE action.
With all sincerity, I cannot wait to see you lose,” another netizen lamented.
Furthermore, another user also suggested that was Ryan’s first time to fire a gun and posted a picture of his gun-wielding 8-year-old who “had better form.”
In a report published by Politico, Democratic candidate Tim Ryan’s campaign boasts the slogan, “Ohio needs an ass-kicker, not an ass-kisser.”
“There was a reason Fonte thought Ryan should “get a little bit dirty.” Democrats hadn’t lost blue-collar workers in the Rust Belt because Republican policies were better, Fonte told me. They lost because workers felt “fucked,” and Trump, when he flipped Ohio in 2016 and carried it four years later, had catered to their grievances, fashioning himself as a “fighter” for them,” the report added.
