Former US President Donald Trump’s Boeing 757 is back in service after being grounded for nearly six years.
The former president’s Boeing 757 was reportedly spotted in tarmac in Palm Beach with an updated paint job last week, entering service for the first time in nearly six years.
The plane also reportedly underwent some significant maintenance with the American flag on the tail.
The news was circulated to the media after Aircraft tracking website ADS-B Exchange posted an update regarding the plane which was dubbed as “Trump Force One” after it flew from Louisiana to West Palm Beach, Florida on Wednesday, near Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
The recent report on the former president’s private plane comes after two years of sitting at Stewart International Airport in New York and one year of refurbishment in Louisiana.

It also came as Donald Trump continues to give hints regarding the rumors of his 2024 presidential run.
In a statement he released on his website May 2021, the former president revealed that “the plane, featuring two bedrooms, a dining room, and 24K gold plating on the seats, was being restored in Louisiana for use at “upcoming rallies.”
However, Trump claimed in an email last March that he was in the process of building a brand-new jet and included links to his donation page.
“The construction of this plane has been under wraps — not even the fake news media knows about it — and I can’t wait to unveil it for everyone to see,” the email read.
In the report released by Insider News, it was revealed that the former president “bought his 757 in 2011 for $100 million from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, and it quickly became a symbol of his wealth. Commonly seen as a backdrop at his 2016 presidential rallies, Trump used the plane until he took office in 2017 and switched to the government’s presidential Air Force One fleet.”
Last March, set the record straight and debunked The Hill’s report which claimed that Trump was fundraising to replace his aging 757, which is 31 years old.
“The story was incorrect.” Trump said.
“I already have a plane, the same one I used on the 2016 campaign,” Trump added, clarifying that the jet is “owned by me and financed by me, with no debt.”
