The mainstream media tries hard to criticize Former First Lady Melania Trump, targeting her from her accent to her Christmas decorations.
Despite the laughable controversies about first lady Jill Biden, the media still focuses on criticizing former President Donald Trump’s wife.
Many also find it hypocritical after the media covered Jill Biden’s infamous stockings as a “head-turner” while they call out Melania Trump for investing in quality items, like a Hermes handbag known to hold its value.
However, this wasn’t the first time that Melania Trump was targeted by some mainstream media. Just recently the former first lady was under fire for not saying anything after former President Trump complained on his social media about how the FBI left his wife’s closet in shambles.
According to Trump, the FBI raided his property “rudely,” and left the whole place upside down as they searched every corner of the building.
“Agents broke into the safe, manhandled Melania Trump’s clothing, and absconded with boxes of supposed documents meant for preservation. After causing a scene here, they neither allowed Trump’s lawyers to monitor this search nor spoke to the media about what they intended or had found in this raid.” Trending Politics reported, according to Trump.
On Tuesday, CNN posted a news article, claiming that Melania Trump is “mum” on the Mar-a-Lago search and purported that the former first lady was having her personal effects be rummaged through, causing some level of annoyance.
The CNN’s report also insinuated that Melania Trump is more concerned with her things rather than the implications of the FBI’s investigations.
“The feds being in her bedroom, her closets and her bathroom skirted a bit too close to her independent orbit. But the former first lady has not been provoked enough to make a public statement about the search, or what it turned up. Instead, her public statements — through her Twitter account — have focused on her most apparent passion since leaving Washington: NFTs,” CNN claimed.
According to the media’s report, they attempted to reach out to Melania. However, they did not receive a response.
“She’s private, and she’s protective of her son and her home,” a person familiar with the first lady, said.
