Frustrated Liberal Media are losing their minds now as Texas Gov. Greg Abbott started transporting illegal immigrants to Washington, D.C. and New York City while the Democrats continuously ignored the crisis at the US-Mexico border.
After NYC Mayor Eric Adams turned down Abbott’s invitation to visit the border to see the problem, the NYC Mayor blasted the decision about the illegal aliens in New York who appear to have been sent by the feds rather than Arizona and Texas.
Dem Mayor Muriel Bowser also whined about the immigrants flooding DC as illegal aliens enter through the southern border while the administration ignores how the crisis is hurting the border states.
Following the bussing of the immigrants to NYC and DC, Abbott released a statement, claiming that NYC was an “ideal destination,” because just like D.C., it’s a sanctuary city.
“I hope he follows through on his promise of welcoming all migrants with open arms so that our overrun and overwhelmed border towns can find relief,” Abbott said about NYC Mayor Eric Adams.
Moreover, aside from Abbott, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has also been busing illegal aliens up to D.C., reports revealed.
However, after Abbott’s brilliant move, the liberal media posted reports, attacking the Republicans.
In the recent report published by the New York Times, the media described the move as “G.O.P. Governors Cause Havoc by Busing Migrants to East Coast,” and accused the Republicans of using the illegal aliens as a “political tool.”
In the piece reportedly cited a D.C. City Council, claiming, “This is a crisis created by Republican leaders in other states, however, unfortunately it’s fallen on the mayor to allocate resources locally.”
Vanity Fair also claimed that the Republican governors had “successfully created a migrant crisis” in the northern states.
The Washington Post columnist Petula Dvorak also went on and called the migrant buses “a cruel, political stunt” that has devolved into “relentless, inhumane cruelty.”
Moreover, the WaPo editorial board also argued that “Mr. Abbott and Mr. Ducey hopes to cause trouble, to make it seem as though migrants inevitably lead to chaos and thus compel the federal government to pass more draconian border policies” while the NPR alleged that the GOP governors are sending the people but they have “no plan.”
