American actor and comedian Bill Cosby plan to start performing again in 2023. On the radio show hosted by Scott Spears, he said “sure” when asked if he would return to performing. Bill was released from prison in 2021 after his conviction was overturned. In 2018, he was found guilty in a felony sexual assault case and received a three-year prison sentence.

In a conversation with Scott Spears, Bill Cosby expressed his confidence that he could act and be the Bill Cosby his audience had come to know and love. Bill Cosby replied in the affirmative. When asked by Spears if 2023 could be a touring year, he again said yes.

Meanwhile, New York state legislation that temporarily suspends the statute of limitations for old sexual assault charges was used by five women to file a new sexual assault complaint against the ailing Cosby earlier this month. The women alleged that Cosby sexually assaulted them or forced them to engage in sexual activity.

Andrea Constand, one of the five women, admitted that Cosby assaulted and incapacitated her in 2004 at her Pennsylvania home. The final four women had exceeded their allotted time. The Carsey-Werner Organization, Kaufman Astoria Studios, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC are other parties to the current lawsuit as plaintiffs. The prosecution noted that the groups took no action as they showcased their work.

Cosby has been accused of sexual misconduct in approximately 60 incidents, some dating back to the 1960s. A California woman alleged in 2014 that Cosby had assaulted her at Playboy Manor in 1975 when she was 16 years old. Cosby was found responsible for the accident and was asked to pay $500,000.
